BARISTA / FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR | FULL-TIME

Full-time positions don’t come up often at Refinery so if you love customer service, have a natural ability to lead and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

From making the perfect coffee and building relationships with our customers to setting up and packing down, you’ll be doing a bit of everything. You’ll work with the owner to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and customers receive the same friendly service they know and love.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a people person with a bubbly personality

• Has great communication skills

• Can make killer coffee

• Enjoys working in a positive team

• Has an attention to detail

• Has the ability to stay calm in a fast paced environment

• Is available during week days and on weekends

• Is hands on and ready to learn
